Pay & Benefits

• Earn $25.00-$50.00 per hour

What You'll Do

As a Quad Axle Dump Truck Driver, you'll play an important role supporting construction projects across the region by safely transporting materials and representing our company professionally.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Operating quad axle dump trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Hauling gravel, asphalt, aggregate, dirt, and other construction materials.
• Performing required vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
• Maintaining accurate driving logs and delivery paperwork.
• Communicating with dispatch regarding schedules and job site updates.
• Reporting mechanical concerns promptly to help keep equipment operating safely.
• Following DOT regulations along with all company safety procedures.

Work Schedule

• Full-time seasonal position
• Overtime frequently available during peak construction months
• Home daily on the majority of routes
• Some projects may require occasional overnight travel
• Certain positions allow drivers to take their assigned truck home
• Drivers are assigned the same equipment whenever practical to encourage familiarity and pride of ownership

What We're Looking For

Successful applicants should have:

• A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Ability to satisfy DOT medical requirements
• Ability to pass required drug testing
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform routine job duties
• Willingness to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
• A strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a commitment to safe driving practices

Travel Opportunities Available

Drivers interested in extended out-of-town assignments are encouraged to apply. Housing accommodations may be available for qualifying projects and will be discussed during the interview process.
